Since the sun finally decided to make an appearance the other day, I decided to take advantage of it and take Lyla to the park. She looked and acted like she had never seen or been in the sun before. It was cute, and a little sad. Anyway, we had fun but she definitely hated the wood chips.
I love her face in this picture.
She kept falling on the wood chips and they made her kind of upset. In this picture, she sat herself down on the side walk and was upset that the wood chips were all around.
But she loved the swing :)
And speaking of nervousness.... Did anyone else's child get nervous about walking on or past the cracks of side walks when they first started walking? Because Lyla did. I think the wood chips scarred her.

LOL What a cutie! My kids didn't like wood chips either, and she'll ignore the cracks eventually, it's just that she knows those little things can trip her up. She looks like she doing GREAT!!!
